We use this information to operate Copperjay, route project messages, store project records, send requested notifications, provide secure upload links, and support active construction coordination between contractors, team members, subcontractors, and clients.

SMS and mobile numbers

Mobile numbers are used only to provide conversational Copperjay project coordination messages, including confirmations, routing questions, upload links, and project activity notifications.

Copperjay does not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message content may be processed by automated systems to route a message to the correct project or produce project activity summaries. We do not use SMS for marketing campaigns.

Service providers

We use service providers such as hosting, database, storage, email, and SMS vendors to operate Copperjay. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
