Project coordination use

Copperjay is a construction project coordination tool for general contractors, field team members, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Users may send project messages, upload files, receive activity notifications, and manage project records.

SMS messaging terms

Copperjay SMS is optional and is not required for purchase, account creation, project access, transaction completion, or use of Copperjay. You opt in only by entering your own mobile number, checking the unchecked SMS consent box, and clicking Send SMS Code after the SMS disclosure is shown. You may click Skip SMS and continue using Copperjay in the web browser without SMS.

Messages may include project confirmations, routing questions, secure upload links, and project activity notifications. Message frequency varies by project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Copperjay does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Voice calls

Calls to a Copperjay phone number may be answered by an automated project assistant and summarized into the project record. Copperjay does not place marketing or promotional calls. You can opt out of voice interaction by not calling the Copperjay number.

Acceptable use

Copperjay may only be used for lawful project coordination and related business communication. Users are responsible for the project information, files, and messages they submit.

Privacy

Copperjay handles account, project, file, and SMS information as described in the Privacy Policy.
